Getting your real estate license usually includes the following 3 simple steps.
  • Pre-licensing Education
    State regulators at the Division of Real Estate, require 63 hours in Real Estate Principles before you can take your licensing exam.  Our online class meets these requirements and allow the user to take the course at their own speed.
  • Prelicensing Education Final Exam
    Florida requires a final exam following the Pre-licensing education and specifies a pass-rate of 70%, this will be given online immediately following your class. . 
  • Licensing Examination
    After passing your Pre-licensing course and final exam, you are eligible to take the state licensing examination. These examinations are administered by a 3rd party testing administrator. Kaplan Real Estate Schools works with the testing administrators to make sure your registration process is simple and hassle-free.
